The International Association of Programs for Agricultural Leadership (IAPAL) is a consortium of leadership programs in the USA and several other countries.

Since Michigan pioneered the first statewide agricultural leadership program in 1965, forty States of the USA, and seven other countries have established similar programs, with more on the way.

Most IAPAL member programs have a two-year curriculum designed for up to 30 key leaders selected through application processes. IAPAL encourages emerging and established agricultural and rural leaders to consider applying for the next program offering.
