Associates and Fellows

The commitment to create change for the better is a lifelong endeavor for KARL Associates and Fellows.

Our current class of KARL Associates consists of a diverse sector of organizations and communities found throughout rural Kansas working to become effective changemakers.

KARL Associates gain valuable lessons and experiences during their in-depth, two-year program in order to spark action that will positively impact Kansas agriculture and rural communities.

These lessons and experiences continue for a lifetime. Upon program completion, Associates become KARL Fellows and continue their leadership journey through KARL’s continuous learning and networking opportunities. In addition, Fellows have many opportunities to support KARL as mentors, sponsors, volunteers and donors.

The KARL network allows Associates and Fellows opportunities to collaborate and draw from a wealth of nearly three decades of expertise, skills, and resources in order to find creative solutions for our communities.
